Whether it is a new machine or a control system upgrade in a machine that is already running, the project goes through five steps.
- Consultation. We get to know the machine, the process and the result you want to achieve. If needed, we visit your site.
- Concept and quotation. We propose a solution, select the controller, drives and safety system, and agree the scope and schedule.
- Design and manufacturing. Drawings, the control cabinet and the PLC program are prepared before the machine stops.
- Commissioning. Installation, I/O tests, safety function tests, start-up with production and operator training.
- Support. As-built documentation plus technical and service support after commissioning.

We most often work for plants in Ostrołęka, Łomża, Warsaw, Białystok, Olsztyn and Ciechanów and across Masovia, Podlasie and Warmia-Masuria. For larger projects we travel anywhere in Poland and plan commissioning to limit production downtime.

How long does a project take?
It depends on the scope. A simple program change takes a few days; a machine retrofit or a new robotic cell usually takes several weeks from order to commissioning. We agree the schedule once we know the requirements.
