A good control system is more than a program that works. The machine has to run safely and predictably, and maintenance staff need to understand quickly what is happening when something goes wrong. That is why every project starts with understanding the process and how the machine will be used day to day.
Our designs take technical requirements and industry standards into account. We look at automation not only from the technology side but also practically: with servicing and operation in mind.
Scope of the service
- Process and requirements analysis: what the machine has to do, the conditions it works in and the output you expect.
- Control concept: how tasks are split between the controller, inputs and outputs, drives, communication and safety components.
- New machines and upgrades: control systems for new machines as well as for machines and lines already in operation.
- One contractor: the design can be combined with control cabinet manufacturing and PLC programming.

- Consultation. We get to know the machine, the process and the result you want to achieve.
- Proposed solution. We prepare a concept and the scope of work. The schedule is agreed individually once we have reviewed your requirements.
- Delivery. Once you approve, we carry out the project.
- Commissioning. We commission the solution on site and hand it over for operation.
- Post-deployment support. We provide technical support and service after the project is complete.

- a short description of the machine or process and the result you want to achieve,
- any documentation you already have: schematics, an I/O list, photos of the existing cabinet,
- details of the controllers, drives and robots in use (makes and models),
- the expected timeline and project location.
