The more we know at the start, the faster we can agree the scope of work. It helps to have:
- the make and model of the PLC and, for an upgrade, a copy of the current program,
- a description of how the machine works or the changes you want to make,
- electrical documentation and the I/O list, if you have them,
- when the machine can be accessed.
